Unfortunately, due to limited interest in this event, we have had to cancel. However we would like to encourage people to get in touch with us if you are interested in taking the conversation further.
Our Rural Wisdom project is exploring ways to make rural areas work better for older people. We’re holding a series of events across Scotland for anyone who is interested in this work to come together, to share thoughts, to hear from others and to build the Rural Wisdom network around the country.
We’re pleased to be holding the next of these events in Nairn. We will hear from Signpost who offer support across Inverness-shire and Nairnshire. We’ll hear about their projects and the ways that they support communities to work well as we age.
The day will include:
• an update on our Rural Wisdom work.
• the chance to hear about things that are happening in other areas.
• the chance to discuss what the issues are in your area and what you think some of the solutions might be.
If you would like to share information about a project, a local solution or something that’s working well in your area please let us know.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
